Holmes Mill is a Grade II listed former cotton mill, built in 1823 in Clitheroe.
James Warburton, mill owner and local entrepreneur has, since 2015, developed Holmes Mill to create a multi-million leisure complex which is home to: -
 - A Beer Hall with the longest bar in Britain (105 foot long with 42 hand pumps)
 - Bowland Brewery
 - The 1823 Spinning Block Hotel – a 39-bedroom upmarket hotel complex 
 - Bowland Food Hall – indoor market including delicatessen, patisserie, bakery, restaurant, local artisan organic food.
 - Bistro, Bar and Grill
 - Everyman Cinema
 - Office workspace
Redundant since the 1970s, this large listed mill re-development has helped regenerate the centre of Clitheroe and created 150 jobs.
